Women's Connection Circle

A space to come exactly as you are, with women who just get it.

Wednesday September 23rd

6:30pm - 8:30pm

Tyn Cellar Farm, SA13 2PD

A Women's Connection Circle is a gathering rooted in honesty, connection and deep inner exploration.

You're invited to come into this space exactly as you are - there is no need to perform, wear a mask, hide parts of yourself or small talk. You will be gathered with a group of 10-15 other like minded women, all looking for the same type of connection, having conversations that they perhaps feel like they cannot have anywhere else. All of you is welcome here.

Inside the circle we create space for all of it. The wins you're celebrating, the things that have been weighing on you, the big life transitions, the questions you've been sitting with, the spiritual, the personal, the professional. Whatever needs to come up is welcome here.

Each gathering is held with care and intention, creating a container of trust where what's shared in the circle stays in the circle. Many women find these evenings to be some of the most honest, healing and genuinely connective experiences they have.

Whether you're going through a transition, craving deeper connection, or simply want to be around other women who are doing the work and living intentionally, this evening is for you.

What To Expect

The evening is held with care and intention, creating a space that feels genuinely safe to show up in without the mask.

We begin with herbal tea and introductions as we settle into the space together. From there we ground into the evening with a guided meditation before opening the circle.

Each woman gets uninterrupted time to share whatever is present for her. This isn't a space where you'll receive unsolicited advice. We are here to witness you, hold you, and reflect back the strength we see in you. If you want advice or guidance, you're welcome to ask for it, but the intention of the circle is simply to be heard without anyone trying to fix or direct you.

We close the evening with another meditation to integrate whatever came up and bring the space gently to a close.

Many women describe these evenings as some of the most connecting and healing experiences they've had.

Hi, I'm Laura

I'm a mindset and subconscious reprogramming coach currently training as a psychotherapist.

I've been attending and holding women's circles for the last six years and put a huge part of my own healing, growth and most treasured friendships down to the power of these spaces. These evenings are genuinely some of my favourite things I get to do.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

What time does it start and finish?

The circle runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. There is an optional extra 30 minutes until 9pm for anyone who would like to stay on a little longer.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself. We'd suggest bringing a bottle of water and a journal if you'd like to write anything down. There will be chairs and floor cushions available, but if you prefer to bring your own cushion or blanket to sit on, you're very welcome to.

Do I have to speak?

Absolutely not. There is no pressure to share anything you're not ready for. If you'd like to come and simply hold space and observe, that is completely welcome. The circle is yours to use in whatever way feels right for you on the night.

What if I share something I want to keep confidential?

Confidentiality is one of the most important foundations of the circle. At the start of each gathering we set a clear intention together that what is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This means that if you were to see another woman from the circle outside of this environment, we ask that you don't bring up what was shared by others unless they raise it themselves first. Friendships can and do form from these evenings, and those conversations can continue, but always led by the person whose story it is to share.

What if I can't make it?

Tickets are non refundable.

Is there parking?

Yes. There are two car parks on site at Tyn Cellar Farm as well as street parking nearby.

Where is it held?
